Refund Policy
WheelFacts is a subsidiary of J.L & H.M. All payments are securely processed via Stripe under J.L & H.M.
Digital Product Notice
All vehicle history reports sold on WheelFacts.com are digital products. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the report is customized and delivered electronically.
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Non-Delivery – If the report was not delivered within the stated delivery window (usually within 5–15 minutes), and you did not receive it within 24 hours of notifying us.
Incorrect Report – If the report delivered does not match the vehicle details (VIN mismatch, wrong vehicle), and supporting proof is provided.
Duplicate Payment – If you were charged more than once for the same report.
Non-Refundable Situations
Change of mind after purchase
Inaccuracies due to outdated or limited public records
Reports purchased for the wrong vehicle (please double-check VIN before purchase)
Dissatisfaction based on report content or length, unless it clearly violates our service description
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, email info@wheelfacts.com within 24 hours of your purchase. Include your order number, VIN, and reason for the request. Eligible refunds are processed within 8–10 business days.
